Thank you for visiting our website where we hope to inspire you to fulfil your dream holiday by staying at our apartment - for couples only - in the town of Los Cristianos, on the beautiful Canarian Island of Tenerife.

Tenerife has an average temperature all year of 21C/70F and is the place to be for sun, beach, surf, good food and all-round good times. Laze at the pool, or on the beach. Walk along the beach front, or in the hills and mountains, or even around the shops! There is so much to do and see: a host of things for your enjoyment and relaxation.
Relax? You don't have to..... be as active as you want - enjoy a range of water sports; boats, cars, bikes, karts, horses and camels to ride; hills and mountains to explore, climb or to fly off; swim, snorkel, sail; play tennis, or bring your golf clubs for a game on wonderful courses. Or, simply explore the beautiful island; its hills, mountains and small towns and villages dotted all over the island.
There is a wide range of restaurants to eat your way through, or you can enjoy a cold drink at lively bars and clubs. Try your luck at the casinos. Enjoy a vist to the various nature parks, or get some serious shopping done!
But then..... there's the apartment, the balcony, a chilled bottle of wine - just sit back and enjoy the view! We hope that you will soon be exploring the many pleasures of Tenerife.

The Apartment
The apartment is located on Los Diamamtes, which is in a select and quieter area of the town of Los Cristianos known as Oasis del Sur, just a short taxi ride from Tenerife's southern airport (Reina Sofia - airport code TFS) and a short walk to the beach, town centre and bus-stops. There are plenty of facilities adjacent to and close to the apartment.
The apartment is bright and airy and has a sunny aspect, overlooks the pool and to the sea and has all that is required for a holiday.
The bedroom has two single beds, storage and a safe in which to leave documents. The bathroom has bath/shower/basin/toilet.
The comfortable living room has two couches, coffee tables, table and chairs and cupboard space. There is a flat-screen TV with BBC1, ITV1, Sky sport & movie channels and a range of channels offering programmes in Spanish, English, German, Italian and French) (the TV link is provided by the Los Diamantes community and some channels may change from time to time). There is also a DVD player, CD player/radio, plus selection of book, playing cards, plus information to help orientate you.
In June 2009 a new kitchen was fitted, with all new appliances and the apartment is now all electric. The fully-eqipped kitchen includes oven/hob/microwave etc. - but why cook, you're on holiday? Just explore the fantastic range of restaurants!
Bed linen and towels are supplied and changed weekly. Please take your own towels for the pool, beach, or water park. The apartment has an iron/ironing board to help you look your best.
In the apartment, the main centre of activity always seems to be the balcony, where there are table and chairs (two of which are recliners) and a full-width awning to provide shade. The balcony is the ideal spot to enjoy a breakfast, or to laze with a good book and a glass of wine; to watch the ferries come in and out; to watch the sun go down in the evening, before going out to enjoy Tenerife's many pleasures.
The quiet and relaxing pool area is great to soak up the sun - either around the pool, or on the sun terrace. Poolside there are sun-beds, mattresses and umbrellas available for a nominal charge (which goes towards the cost of upkeep of the apartment complex).
Immediate Local Facilities
- Services: In the immediate area around the apartment complex there are a range of services, including several restaurants/cafes, supermarkets, bars, car hire facilities, taxi stand, ticket-booking services, shops and bank, internet services, with more on your way into town/beach/bus stop.
- Bank/Money Changing: Adjacent to the apartment complex one of the shops has a money-changing service. At the nearby commercial centre (shopping mall) there is another such service as well as a branch of Banco Santander (bank), which also has a cash dispensing machine. Banks are plentiful on the island and almost all have cash machines.
- Taxis: there is a taxi stand about 50 metres from the apartment complex.. Taxis are plentiful. If you need a taxi away from any official taxi stand simply stand just in the road and look for the taxi and hail it.
- Telephones: there are several telephones adjacent to the apartment complex and they are plentiful elsewhere. Also adjacent to the complex is a shop offering cheaper international calls. Your mobile/cell phone will work on Tenerife (arrange 'roaming' facility with your provider before you head for Tenerife)
- Car Hire: major hirers are represented at the airport and there are many local hirers. Please note that, in general, those under 25 years of age will find it difficult to hire because of insurance restrictions. Older persons over 70 may also find some restrictions, so should take a letter from a doctor indicating fitness to drive.
Booking
If you are just enquiring about availability this does not commit you! Dates at the apartment will not be reserved on enquiries. You simply need to confirm that you wish to book:
- Check availability at the Availability page paragraph below, then message us your requirement via the Contact page - remember to include your contact information - and particularly your email address. Bookings will not be taken without contact information
- After you confirm the booking, the dates will then be reserved for 5 days to give you time to send either the deposit payment, (or, where required, full payment**) - non-receipt of this payment cancels the booking
- **If your arrival date is within 12 weeks of booking then you must pay in full on booking
- On receipt of the payment we will send a confirmation letter and an information pack, together with a receipt and the date by which you need to pay any balance
- Any balance due after a deposit has been paid must be paid no later than 12 weeks from your booked arrival date - non-receipt of the payment of any balance is taken that you have cancelled the booking

The minimum period for a booking is 7 nights (1 week) and bookings commence from after 2pm on the first day and end at 11am on the last day. For example, a 1 week booking could run from 2pm on Tuesday until 11am the following Tuesday
